Cucumbers, cucumbers and more cucumbers harvested from our vegetable garden. I am sure it is going to find its place in everything I cook next week.
Does anything beat raw cucumbers with chilli powder and salt?

cucumbers, kakdi/tar (don't know any other names/equivalents for this), watermelons, melons..........i love them all. the fruits of the sun! :)
Nothing beats kheera with kala namak and red chili powder. Enjoy your labor of love.
If you can, make some chilled cucumber soup, that's good too.
Surprisingly I find really dark green kakris here from a Korean store. :-)
